Can I sign up without age verification?

Sign-up is open from age 14. No age verification is needed for free courses; PRO card payments fall under your bank's standard rules.

Where do I download my certificate?

Account → 'My courses' → tap the completed course → 'Certificate'. Certificates are available to PRO subscribers.

Check Spam. If still nothing after 24 hours, email support@monetika.by with the payment date and amount — we'll re-issue.

Changed phones — how do I transfer progress?

Progress is bound to your Monetika account, not the device. Sign in with the same email/password and everything syncs.

Can I learn offline?

Lessons can be downloaded for offline viewing in the mobile app, available to PRO subscribers. The web version requires a connection.

How do I change languages?

Use the RU/EN switcher in the header. In the mobile app — Settings → Language. Progress is not reset.
