This page discloses information about the entity that provides the Monetika BY platform (the "Service") to you and explains how to contact it on any matter related to your use of the Service. This page forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
The Operator of the Monetika BY Service is Individual Entrepreneur (self-employed) Pankov A. V. (ИП Панков А. В.), registered in the Republic of Belarus.
IE Pankov A. V. holds the rights to operate the Monetika BY platform and is the contracting party (under the Terms of Use) in respect of all users of the Service. IE Pankov A. V. collects PRO subscription payments from users, bears liability to users in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus, and responds to user enquiries on all matters relating to the operation of the Service, subscriptions, refunds, and Account access.
Payments for PRO subscriptions are processed through bePaid.by, a certified Belarusian payment service. On your bank card statement, the transaction may appear as a payment to IE Pankov A. V. or to bePaid with "Monetika" shown in the description, depending on the settings of your issuing bank. This is normal behavior.
The bePaid payment processor has its own privacy policy and terms of use, which you accept when completing a transaction. Details are available at bepaid.by.
The Monetika BY Service is operated from the Republic of Belarus and is available to users in all jurisdictions in which the Service's website is accessible and in which payments to the Operator can be processed, including but not limited to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and other CIS states in which access to the Service is not restricted. Settlements are made in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
The educational content of the Service is built on the best practices of leading international publications and educational projects in the field of financial literacy. Where appropriate, the materials are adapted to Belarusian financial and legal realities; in other cases — in particular where Belarusian legislation, products, or services have no direct equivalents, or where universal principles of personal finance are better illustrated by international practice — examples and data from other countries are used. Users are responsible for assessing the applicability of specific materials to their own situation in light of the laws of their country of residence.
The Operator reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to the Service from any jurisdiction at its discretion, in particular with respect to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions applicable to the Operator or to statutory restrictions on the provision of the relevant educational or digital services.
